The executive view of everything you were copied on.

Aura connects your work email and calendar accounts, reads what arrives, and keeps one honest picture of it: what needs a reply, what you are still waiting on, what was decided, and what is coming next.

Access is by invitation.

One inbox across accounts

Connect Gmail and Outlook and work from a single unified inbox, with each conversation still attributed to the account it arrived on.

What actually needs you

Aura separates the conversations waiting on your reply from the ones you are waiting on someone else for, and keeps both counts honest.

Replies, follow-ups, decisions

Open loops are tracked as loops: who owes whom, what was promised, which threads have gone quiet long enough to chase, and what is still awaiting your decision.

Executive summaries

Each conversation carries a written summary with its category, urgency, evidence and suggested action — so a long thread can be understood without reading it.

Calendar in context

Connected calendars sit alongside your mail, so commitments and deadlines are read against what your day already holds.

Search that answers

Full-text search across your connected mail, people and organisations, with answers grounded in the messages they came from.

How it works

You connect an account through Google or Microsoft’s own consent screen. Aura keeps a synchronised copy of those messages so it can summarise, group and search them, and it acts on your mailbox only when you ask it to — sending a reply, archiving a thread, marking something read. You can disconnect an account at any time, and deleting your Aura account removes the data it holds.

What Aura reads, where that data goes, and how it is deleted are set out in full in the privacy policy.
